Policies

These policies are enforced to respect my time as well as the time of all of you amazing clients. I appreciate you all and appreciate the respect in return. I understand sickness/last minute conflicts happen however these policies will be enforced in all situations for the fairness of all clients. Thank you all for your understanding!

1. Cancellation/No Show Policy for Appointment


If an appointment is not canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% service fee. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged 100% of the service.

 

All no shows will be charged the full service amount and may not be allowed to reschedule. A credit card may be kept on file but will not be charged without notice. 
 

An invoice will be sent upon cancellation and must be completed before rescheduling. 


2. Scheduled Appointments


I understand that delays can happen however, I must keep other clients on time. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment and a cancellation fee will apply. If a client is continuously 15 minutes or more late, a time buffer may be added on to their appointment with an additional fee upon agreement between client and stylist.
